Pros: It has "docking station" charging from the rear, supporting the commercial phone dock that is so critical.
Cons: It is extremely slow, often sitting for 10 seconds after hitting CANCEL. The hour glass is frequent and annoying. The touch pad is slow, and often selects THE NEXT selection from the one that I would like. The roller ball was far better in the 9000.
Pros: I just got my Verizon Bold to replace my Palm Treo. It certainly has more complexity and options, and seems like a nice unit with many applications that could be helpful.
Cons: It was sold it to me with IT policy embedded which disabled synch. Though BB helped the same problem returned with address book only able to synch by "wireless," and "help" menu's solution does not work.
Cons: Everyone wants their phones to be slimmer, but the downside is the keyboards are now almost too small to be functional. I have small hands, but I have to use my fingernails to type on the Bold, the buttons are so small now.
