Excerpt: I recently purchased a Blackberry Bold 9650 and thought that my transition to the smartphone world would be glorious. Nope. Aside from liking the physical design of the phone, I found this device to be so confusing and complicated. First, there were way to many different places to customize settings.
Excerpt: I recently got the Blackberry - RIM Bold 9650 Tour2 Smartphone Cell Phone, and I am not impressed. I figured there would be the usual glitches, but I have had more trouble than it was worth. The phone is very tempermental. It shuts itself off about once a day, and it is definately not due to lack of charge. I sent the phone in to be repaired once already, and the company assured me that the problem was fixed. It was not.
still i cant tell because am trying to make it work well

Excerpt: I hate this phone with every fiber of my. Being. Lack of battery power, half-baked touch screen with horrible key pad. iPhone is so much easier to use. If I could trash my phone, I would Unfortunately good.
Excerpt: I have the same comment about the charger plug as the other reviewer. It is in a bad place, whether you are right or left handed. The lower position makes it difficult to use the phone. The phone gets hot when it is charging, not like my 8330. I am not crazy about this phone. There are several issues and I am not sold on this phone. I felt like throwing it against the wall, I never felt that way about the 8330.
Pros: Keys are slanted.
Cons: Charger plug on lower righthand side. Takes longer to charge. Battery gets hot while charging. Numbers are in red. Browser is difficult to see. Instructions in book are not all correct. Not sold on the cursor pad or a lot of other features.
