Summary: This product was in great shape on the outside, but was still a huge disappointment. After being on hold with my phone service consultants for more than an hour and going to the store to have it activated, I was informed that the phone was a DUD. Cons: It randomly freezes, turns off, and goes to a white screen that you can do absolutely NOTHING from. It takes exactly 9min 36 sec to turn on. The sound randomly quits working (It won't ring, i can't hear the other end & they can't hear me).
