Summary: We thought we were buying a blackberry serviced by straight talk which is what we were replacing but it was serviced by telcel a company based in Mexico city. That didn't work for us we returned it right away. Straight Talk was $45.00/30 days unlimited. Telcel was $60.00 for the same and I don't know their coverage areas.
Summary: I have been using Straight Talk for about two years now. I started with the LG Optimus with the slide out keyboard. Previously, I had been using BlackBerry phones for about 10 years until I left my company. Even though I liked my LG Optimus, I really missed the familiarity of the BlackBerry so I decided to replace my Optimus. I had this particular BlackBerry about 4 models ago so it was quite a step back but everything I loved was all there.
Summary: I had my blackberry for roughly 4 months, and it was great until for some unknown reason it decided to stop registering incoming calls, and text messages. The screen wouldn't even light up to let me know someone was calling. This could just be the phone I bought, but it's not something I would risk. If you buy this phone, get the 2 year warranty.
