Summary: It is very very unfortunate that your product that I purchased from you did not meet up to the expectation upon which i purchased it from your company. You said the Blackberry is unlocked BUT it is LOCKED.A s it is now,I can not use it with Simple Network or other Networks because it is saying that the phone cannot accept any Network except Verison.
Summary: I bought this product to replace my Blackberry 8330. Pros: full keyboard, email, txt, basic web browsing, easy SD card access, clear headset speaker, Cons: no 3.5 headphone jack, low speakerphone, no side button for address book, big/square looking It's a decent phone for basic use, older options. I would recommend a newer model Blackberry.

Summary: I bought this blackberry expecting it to be easy to operate and easy to learn. The phone part for receiving calls and sending calls works fine. When I tried to set up the internet and access my email i learned that it was a corporate phone and had security restrictions. I since contacted Verizon and Also the black berry company and after 8 hours of being on the phone and several tries to clear the blocks i have learned it is still not working.
Summary: well if you are looking to travel to a different country make sure u get a blackberry world edition 8830 IR... the IR is the most important part.. i bought the 8830 to us in iraq while i was deployed and i bought it thinking it was going to work out here considering the name "World Edition" but it didn't work at all.. so its just a $90 paper weight in my room.. playing Brick Breaker.
Summary: Initially I loved the phone, I thought all the functions worked very well and very pleased with my purchase, the only problem I had was the lack of a camera. As time went on the flaws became apparent. It freezes frequently requiring the removal of the battery to continue use. You cannot receive picture/video messages. It requires you to go onto your cell phone provider’s website to access your personal photos. The trackball is atrocious.
