Summary: It was in very nice shape and alot of extras, but I was unable to connect to the internet and get ringtones on the phone, and some text msg's would say sent and that other person didn't recieve them. Other wise it's a nice phone, but I would no longer buy or own a blackberry.

Summary: I had a Blackberry before but wanted one with larger buttons. I like the size of the buttons on this one, and how it operates.
