Summary: The phone is in mint condition as promised and very functional. The cons are that I am unable to activate service and Iam unable to speak to the seller at the moment. It appears some numbers are missing on the phone and the service provider is unable to activate service. In the future it would be great to specify how exactly, and where to activate service.
Summary: For what I wanted it for, it works great. The only problem I have encountered is discovering what I actually have to do if I want to activate phone service. I haven't yet found a clear answer for this online or in any of the written materials that came with my phone. But I use it mostly as a PDA, since those features are available without activating the phone.
Summary: i dont like the scroll on the side i didnt understand on the listing that that is the only way to navigate with the phone. also that its always at the menu screen and i didnt know it didnt have a camera.
Summary: good quality product however seller need to improve customer service. old version of blackbery is good as we expect. my wife like it so much. smartphone has too much function that we don't need for office worker. it's more like having fun.
Summary: I needed a qwerty keyboard and this older BB was the cheapest for a new phone. Only added $15 to my monthly for data and it so far, so good. Clear incoming calls and people tell me they hear me fine. Great reception inside buildings, rivals newer phones like my last LG Env3. The model is over 6 years old, so it's missing some convenience issues, like sms notification when youre using an add on app like agendus or pocketinformant.
