Excerpt: Phone is definitely over-rated. The speaker is crappy. When u receive calls on speaker, it does not connect right away. The reception sucks, it drops calls. Hard to download recent GPS. Ugly design, over priced, No camera. The only pro to this phone is the web.
Excerpt: This device is the ultimate blackberry for those capable of learning to use suretype proficiently. Anyone whose switched to predictive text on their phone should have no problem getting used to using it in Blackberry's Suretype format qwerty style. I manage a wireless store and sell quite a few Blackberries every month and have found few devices that are more capable of doing the job they were intended for over the last 6 or 7 years.
Summary: This is a nice phone. the transaction was very swift and i did receive it also real quick.i bought the last one that was in stock. the phone did not seem to me like a refurbished product because of how authentic it was.the only thing is i might have to buy a new battery because the one which came with the phone does not last for full day without bieing charged.but i will say that this was a new phone
Summary: This was a great transaction. The phone was a great value, and of course the shipping cost was unbeatable. I had tried several times to buy a phone through a popular auction website - but it was a huge hassle. This was simple, I found a phone, and bought it. I dindn't have to worry about being "outbid".The ease of operation is good.
Summary: I use this phone on my T-Mobile account. I pay $9.99/mo to get email on a BB (I use the OWA option and get essentially the same thing as BES without the calendaring). Aso I get internet through the T-Zones icon (which is usually $24.99) ... the limitation is that applications cannot use the internet, just mobile web works. Anyway, the speed of the phone is great... and there are many improvements over my old BB 7105T.
Summary: purchased this for my husband for our anniversary.. he has had the same cell phone since we first enrolled in T-mobile..many many many years ago.. But since we are month to month he didnot want to take advantage of any upgrades because you have to go under contract.. well this phone brought him up to speed with the rest of the world... he really likes the features..
Excerpt: RIM’s Blackberry 7130c was the first in the Blackberry model series that made the blackberry look like a phone. The 7130c is small and doesn’t look like your typical blackberry model. I think that was the attractiveness of this model, was the size. Before with previous blackberry models, users thought they were too big to be used as phones, you always felt like you had a big shoe box by your ear. The 7130c gives the appearances of a smaller and in style cell phone.
Summary: Happy with this great phone. Looks a little like the pearl but I like the scroll far better than the trackball..Also it is a little more to hold in your hand than the pearl which is nice for me. I don't like the really really thin phones... Price is great too. Thank Overstock.
Excerpt: I've been through more phones than a box of kleenex. I finally caved and got a blackberry. It is loaded and it is a good size. I'm sure i'll be learning for a long time.
ease of menu
doesn't seem as good of a phone as the 8700
not as loud as the 8700
bottom line: it is a great device, besides nothing's perfect. take a good look at this. I think it will be what you're looking for.
Excerpt: I have used Nokia phones exclusively for the past 15 years-- but this is the best phone I have ever owned.
Blackberry email works amazingly well-- I tried a few other services and nothing compares.
Functions really well as a phone. I thought I would have to accept a lesser phone quality-- but this phone holds a signal where my prior phones would drop the signal.
Form factor is great.
