Summary: The Binatone SM400 is an easy to use no nonsense mobile phone. I recently purchased this phone for my 93yr old father and thought I`d assist him with the set up, but he found it very simple and a delight to use, with a very clear display, manageable buttons and menu choices. The table charger was a added bonus making it easy to charge and locate.
Summary: Simple and easy to set up and use. My mum is a total techno phobe but I have set up the 3 'm' buttons to fast dial family and she seems able to use it, I will add that she is 87! . The buttons are easy to use, as are the menus and the display is clear and easy to read. The base unit to charge the phone battery is also good. Well worth the money.
Summary: I would of given this 5 stars but for the issue with either the battery or the phone it self. Once you charged the phone, then took a call it would cut the call and say the battery needed to be recharged. Luckily i did a lot of research and had read on the comments section some one else had a similar issue, so was not totally surprised. And add to the fact that Amazon was absolutely brilliant in getting me a replacement handset by the next day!
Summary: Can't fault the after sales service nor the quick refund, the seller did everything expected in the circumstances. This phone did not work even after Telephone Help was given. I think it's better to buy on the high street because they can set it up. If there is a dud battery it would be easier to sort out.
