Summary: Needed a phone urgently so paid express delivery. Arrived on time. No invoice sent. Phone seemed good. Charger flimsy. HOWEVER. could not insert sim card. Went part way in , then jammed. Took to orange phone shop,Where they managed to extract card, but it was damaged by scratching.

Summary: I ordered this phone for an elderly friend who was nearly blind and had moved into a care home. The phone gave her freedom to speak to her friends and could be answered by pressing any button. I had a problem inserting the SIM card as it is not clear from the instructions.
Summary: Very good phone,,,must be kept strictly under control though as alarms do go off very suddenly,, always keep mine on silent as the SOS button , if pressing against anything in a handbag, can cause great embarrassment as it issues the very loud Ambulance siren,,,apart from that , yes I am pleased...
Summary: The best phone that I have had I usually get my sons when he upgrades I phone to I phone and I find them very hard to understand. I find the binatone really simple to use. and would recommend this model for people like me who are getting on in years and have to use a hearing aid

Summary: The Binatone SM400 is an easy to use no nonsense mobile phone. I recently purchased this phone for my 93yr old father and thought I`d assist him with the set up, but he found it very simple and a delight to use, with a very clear display, manageable buttons and menu choices.
