Summary: The phone arrived on time and was working, however, the item is posted as used very good bu the phone came with many scratches/ small dings on the back of the phone on the colored part. I have t admit the screen was perfect without a scratch so that was great. I gave it a lower rating because it made me believe it would be good as new with maybe one scratch.
Summary: Had a hard time getting activated from Sprint and when activated the ear piece didn't work, had to return to Apple and get a another one and that had the same problem , and back to the Apple store again .
Summary: The used phone arrived earlier than expected and came with almost no scratches but when i went to get my phone number synced with it, it was still under the previous owner's account and we sent it back.
Summary: Admittedly, I was a rank amateur, but with a PhD in computer science, at researching iPhones and I was in a hurry, I had used Unlocked as my primary search key, and then honed the search down to this phone that included as the third point in the product listing, to the side of the maiin picture, a discussion of how unlocked phones were useful, blah, blah, blah So I hit buy it now, and rush it to me, as I was preparing to leave for Europe.
Summary: The picture fooled me- I thought the pink was a nice regular color, so I ordered it online. When I went to pick it up, I was horrified! The pink was very neon. I returned it right away and got the white.
