Box, carrier, LTE, Model

  • Summary: I give four stars, because I think the box was previously opened but then closed again. However it doesn't mean phone was used or there were cracks or something. I have a new iPhone 5 white with 64 gb and A1428 model. I'm really happy, tried it in two different carriers and the one which I'm using in US is working on LTE in CA (T-Mobile). AT&T doesn't seem to work on LTE, actually I think it is mostly related to carrier itself.

Good phone, but the refurb screen is a little off color.

  • Summary: This refurbished iPhone 5 works just fine, but the refurbishment was clearly done using a cheaper than OEM replacement screen. We have three phones in the house and although this one works just fine the screen is a little duller in color than the other two. I've replaced screens before and you can buy high and low quality screens. Probably come off the same line, but some don't pass the full quality tests.

No "SIM" card - Resolution :)

Maria Bucher, Amazon

  • Summary: The phone is great! However I gave it 4 stars bc I feel like I should have been told that it would not come with a "SIM" card. Without the card you are unable to use the phone until you visit the Apple store. I only knew to do this bc I read reviews online about buying iPhones online and the pros and cons of it. I did have to go to an apple store to get a "SIM" card. They are FREE! I then went to Sprint to activate the phone.
