Summary: The phone was arrived faster than I thought, once I checked it was in a great condition. However, for this 6 days I've been using this phone, the battery drains so fast. I hope I can get a warranty about this by Walmart since they say it has 1-year-warranty. I'm just hoping they prove what they say and make them a valuable company. Other than that, was great.
Summary: I am so disappointed with this phone. Since I have been buying from Amazon, I have never been so embarrassed as am with the purchase of this IPhone 5. I paid for an unlocked phone but instead, I was given a locked phone. I travelled to my country with the phone but could not use it because it was locked. It is so painful, because the phone was given out as a gift. My first surprise was to receive the consignment in an unsealed iPhone pack.
Summary: Two screws at the bottom on the outside! iphone ever been apart. The sim card into the phone can not search signal（Shows no sim card）, the same sim card into another phone has a signal. Until now the phone can not be activated, you can not use the iphone。I contacted customer service, and to repair my phone. Customer service attitude was okay, but the quality of the phone has not be guaranteed.
Summary: The seller that I bought from wouldn't ever email me back and once the phone got here, it had nicks and dings in the outer metal and the screen is messed up in one spot beneath the surface and now the screen can be bended in on the side and top right corner. You get what you pay for I guess.
Summary: i received it quickly, which was nice. And there wasn't much visible damage. But what the listing failed to tell me was that the headphone jack is faulty, and only plays music out of the left headphone, no matter what wards or headphones you use. This really sums for me because part of there reason I like iPhones so much is the fact that they can be used for music. honestly, this blows. You're better off just buying a new one.
Summary: Two stars just because my daughter loves the phone... but it took two days and hours on the phone to get everything working. The phone powered up fine, we connected it to iTunes, it updated etc but we had no phone, text or data. It was basically a very nice, very expensive itouch. Finally in the end after hours on the phone being transferred around and being told to turn the phone on and off and calling *22890 over and over and over I was told by the service department...
