Summary: The bottom line is that I disliked this phone so much that I returned it! I know you're not supposed to say that about Apple products, but read on to see why I think people are largely "drinking the Koolaid" on the iPhone. The Bad: When I first wanted a smartphone I got a very cheap Droid, which was hard to sync between the Mac home computer I use and my Google email accounts.
Summary: Got this iPhone use threw amazons warehouse deals and there wasn't a scratch or finger print on it! Looked and operates brand new. Got $60 a month Verizon prepaid service on it which is unlimited talk and text with 2 gigs of data!!
Summary: when I received the phone it looked new. I had an extremely difficult time finding anyone who would activate this phone. Apple told me it was originally purchased in Nov, 2011. AT&T told me I was the 5th person activating the phone. Paid $610.00 for a much used phone with no warranty other than 1 month from deal grabber. Phone would only charge to 40%. That's probably why the other 4 people got rid of it.
Summary: This iphone has a lot of issues, short battery life, some icons don't work (like camera), freezes a lot (every now and then) Would be very nice if these problems were mentioned. That is very unethical.
Summary: I do love my iphone 4s!so easy to use and Siri is such a plus and Facetime with the grand children is fabs! But be careful not to Drop it and shatter the lens. The insurance was 100.00 deductible (not mention when I bought it) and to just let someone fix it cost me$91. Verizon should address that issue along with a short battery life. That being said I do love the ease of use for an oldster.
Summary: Although the seller was very accommodating after notifying him that the phone was returned becuase the audio was defective (meaning it didn't work), I have yet to reeceive full reombursement from Amazon as the seller promised. I am now out the phone and the money I paid for it. I would appreciate receiving reimbursement at your earliest opportunity. It amounts to almost $500. Regards, S.
