Apple iPhone 4S Malaysia Review

technave.com
26 September 2013
  • Excerpt: Apple introduced the iPhone 4S today (4-10-2011). The news was underwhelming and disappointing to many who were also expecting an iPhone 5. There's also the fact that the iPhone 4S looks almost identical to the iPhone 4.

Galaxy S3 vs iPhone 4S – Apple’s flagship is living its last days

Gadgetmania
23 May 2012
  • Conclusion: The iPhone 4S is already on the market, and it will be around for another year or so as the second model in the lineup when the iPhone 5 is released. Samsung’s Galaxy S3 will be released at the end of spring, and with the pricing being similar for both phones, it definitely makes more sense to get...

Droid 4 vs the iPhone 4S – is the hardware keyboard enough to choose Motorola over Apple?

Gadgetmania
6 April 2012
  • Conclusion: Both the iPhone 4S and Droid 4 are available on sale right now, for similar pricing – if I had to choose, I’d go with the Droid 4, but only because of the more flexible and customizable OS and the awesome QWERTY keyboard – if that’s not an issue for you, the iPhone 4S has a better design and is just...

Review: Apple iPhone 4S

Wired
11 March 2012
  • Pros: Siri is the best androgynous unpaid intern you’ll ever meet. Dual-core guts make for faster apps and a smoother interface. Camera is much-improved. Call quality gets a boost.
  • Cons: Siri is limited in what it can do and understand. Looks the same as the iPhone 4 — what’s up with that? A two-year contract means you may not be eligible for the best upgrade pricing.

9 March 2012
  • Conclusion: Ratings breakdown. I deducted 2 points from the design because it was borrowed from the iPhone 4S. The exclusive dual-antenna design is a high light, but ultimately it was a necessary fix.

Gadgetmania
6 March 2012
  • Conclusion: If you want a phone that’s easy and intuitive to use, but don’t want to get the iPhone for any reason, the Nokia Lumia 900 is a perfect alternative – Windows Phone 7 is much simpler than Android and yet it’s very sleek and has pretty much all of the popular apps that other platforms have – there’s...

Apple iPhone 4S Written Review by Taylor

phonedog.com
1 March 2012
  • Summary: When it comes down to it, the iPhone 4S is everything it needed to be, nothing more. Nothing is mind-blowing or anything we haven't seen before. But Apple focused on some of the weak points of the iPhone 4, like the antenna, and improved upon them.
  • Pros: Choice in storage capacities; amazing camera; solid design and build quality; strong signal and call quality; decent battery life; "world phone."
  • Cons: The display is too small for comfortable use; glass on the front and back has proven to be fragile in the past; relatively expensive at $199.99 to $399.99 with a two year agreement.
