Excerpt: Both me, my best friend and her sister all got this phone around the same time, and we all loved the feel and the build of the phone. It was really great. Mine, however, fell out of my pocket WHILE I WAS SITTING ON THE GROUND and got the tiniest scratch on it. The touchscreen stopped working, and I was told that it would cost the same amount to fix it as it would to buy a new phone, since it's a relatively obscure phone and no one has heard of it.
Pros: Comes with Swype, Great Camera
Cons: Breaks easily, Experiences a lot of lagging, crashing and freezing, Poor battery life
Excerpt: Since now I have been a faithful Apple customer. But I have officially made the transition. This phone is great. As for durability, you can take this however you would like but here is my experience with the phone. I have dropped my Alcatel so many times and it left not even a dent. I have seen iPhones fall like mine has a come away with major cracks. That was the case most of the time but once, I dropped it and finally it did crack.
Summary: Owned this phone for 2 months now, bought both a black and red one for my wife, we both love them, expanded them both right out of the box with 32gb. I'd say only thing is quad core is a little slow when gaming, not a major thing. Just think price of 2 still hundreds cheaper than one flagship phone and almost as good or equal in every feature.
Summary: The sales person in the store was so excited about this phone. I have had it for over a month now, and sometimes it over heats in just two minutes of use, it switches screens on its own and other things, I have to switch it off right away and let it cool down. Can't wait until the contract is done an am NEVER getting another phone like this. My Nokia with Windows was so much better...
Summary: I love this phone! I got it a couple of days ago. I am a 19 year old, a normal teen on social media and using it LOTS. I get 2 days out of my battery, when it's on wifi 24/7. There are phones with better batteries, but this phone is still really, really great if you have the right settings and let the battery die at least twice when you first get it! I am getting good luck with that anyway. :) It's super fast, thin, and easy to use.
Summary: Replaced my HTC Raider with this phone, the HTC was on the LTE network and the Alcatel is on 4G. The Alcatel is much faster, very easy to use and has a great camera. Would definitely recommend this phone. I was a little hesitant to replace my HTC at first but now am very pleased I did.
Summary: Liked the phone but the back and home button would stick .You could not go back to you home easily .Bought one had to return it the next day was not working properly . Got another and the same problem . I decided to buy the Nexus 5 instead .
