The Acer neoTouch P400 is a GM 850/900/1800/1900, HSDPA 850/900/2100 network mobile phone that is designed with a 3.2” TFT resistive touch screen (256K color support with 320 x 480 pixel resolution), an accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate, digital compass, and is powered by 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. It comes with vibration, MP3 ringtones, speakerphone, a 3.5 mm audio jack, phonebook with unlimited entries and fields, Photocall, call records, memory expandability via a microSD card slot. It supports GPRS Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 - 48 kbps and EDGE Class 10, 236.8 kbps data transfer rates, HSPA 3G, 802.11 b/g WiFi WLAN, Bluetooth® v2.1 with A2DP, USB v2.0, a 3.15 MP that provides users with 2048x1536 pixels resolution images, autofocus, geo-tagging, and image stabilization function. The phone runs Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5.3 Professional operating system and is powered by a Qualcomm 7227 600 MHz processor.

The Acer neoTouch P400 is powered by a Li-Po 1090 mAh battery that provides up to 400 hours of standby time and up to 5 hours of talk time.
