Conclusion: Acer’s Liquid Mini is a very portable Android smartphone, and another welcome addition to the mid-range smartphone catalogue. You're able to browse the web, check your emails and it does everything you'd expect a smartphone can do. But it's let down by cheap build quality, and other shortcomings.
Acer Liquid Mini E310 - The Liquid's lil cousin with Android 2.2
4 July 2011
Summary: Acer Liquid Mini is a good phone for those who have a limited budget and want a feature-rich touchscreen phone. If you are looking for a great camera phone, this is not the one. At a street price of Rs. 10,900 this phone is economically priced, but it still has some shortcomings which we have highlighted in the review.
Pros: Android 2.2 preinstalled (and upgradeable to v2.3), Implementation of Breeze UI is quite good, Affordable pricing
Cons: Camera quality is not good, Poor legibility of screen under bright sunlight
Conclusion: The Acer Liquid Mini has a very appealing jazzy look coupled with a curved rounded body, but as much as we liked that, we couldn't help but notice the slight lag even in the main menu. On the positive side, you have an affordable price tag which helps you swallow that bitter pill, and you still get a smartphone running the rich in features Android Froyo.
