Not a CD recorder, but still a good deck with MP3 capability.

Summary: I have the AD-500 model which has been a good deck for me for many years. I purchased this one thinking it was upgraded with a CD recorder, but found it is not. It does have MP3 capability via a USB port which is a nice feature allowing you to record your cassettes to digital format using a memory stick or ipod. I'm still learning all the features, but if it performs like the old one I will be satisfied.
Summary: OK ... now I can save my precious cassette tapes to MP3s w/o purchasing them again ... take that RIAA ... This unit is the whole ball of wax and all I need to save my analog music to digital format.
Pros: Attractive Design, Doesn't Skip, Durable, Great Sound
Summary: A combo-deck is not easy to find, especially a decent one with all of the features that I am looking for. This unit "fits the bill" for me. It looks great and reproduces quality sound that is totally pleasing to the ear.
Pros: Attractive Design, Doesn't Skip, Durable, Easy Controls, Easy To Setup, Great Sound
