The TEAC AD-800 is a CD player that supports CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 Disc and has modes such as 20-selection Random Memory Program Play, Repeat (1/ALL/Program/A-B), Shuffle, and Intro Play. It also features Auto Space, a CD Timer Play, Auto Reverse Cassette Deck, Pitch Control, Dolby B Noise Reduction, CD Dubbing, CPS (Computomatic Program Search), Cassette Timer Recording, Cassette Timer Play, USB Port for MP3 Codec from CD/Cassette/AUX, USB Timer Recording, USB Timer Play, FL Display with Level Meter and a headphone jack with level control. The TEAC AD-800 comes with a remote control, and the following input and output: one audio input, two audio output, one USB port and one 6.3 mm headphone jack. It measures 17-1/8" x 5-11/16" x 11-7/16" and weighs 11.7 lbs.

The TEAC AD-800 is a high-end CD player with integrated cassette deck and supports playback of Audio CD, CD-R/RW and MP3 audio files in CD-R/RW and USB flash drive. The AD-800 also supports audio recording from CD to USB, from Tape to USB, CD to Tape and line-in to USB/Tape. Available in May 2010 the unit supports an integrated cassette deck for old school cassette playback.
