Summary: This is the second one exactly alike and I left the other one with my wife. Works great and as before, love the idea of having many CD's to listen to and simply shuffle all discs to have a super home '"home concert". The idea of having to put in individual CD's is not for me.
Summary: Am I really stupid or just naive? I have not hooked this up yet as my electrician says I need an amplifier in order to hear anything. I said how could they sell a CD player that won't play? He said - Oh it will play you just wont hear anything., REALLY? No one else mentioned that. Help me out here.

Summary: I realize that this type of player is out-of-date and that CD's themselves are practically obsolete -- BUT I love this CD player. This is my 2nd one -- as the first one I had lasted for about 10 years. When it broke, I immediately went to Amazon and ordered another.
Summary: This was a replacement for an earlier version of this type of changer. The one that I had went belly up and I was not sure that Sony still made these changers, but found out quickly that they do. I got a real good deal on the 300 model and it is a great replacement for the one that broke down.
