Summary: This recorder is amazing. I've been using it on gigs and find it most valuable for reviewing my sound sets and solo's as a jazz player, I also use it to create CD's to get other gigs and the quality is great. The only thing missing is a USB port.
Summary: I use this to record my piano practice. This recorder is quick and hassle-free. I don't want to have to go to my computer for recording or deal with a bunch of techno stuff-I just want to play, record, spot what needs worked on and improve. I like that I can burn a CD of selected files from the SD Card and also that it has external speakers for a quick review (many other products I saw, do not; they require headphones).
Summary: I'm a Hypnotherapist and needed a high quality, easy to use CD recorder, so I can give my clients a CD immediately without needing the computer. The instructions are simple and clear. The recorder is extremely sensitive and picks up the background music I play for my clients. Love the sturdy materials it's made of and the simple design; looks good in my office!
Pros: Easy To Use, Excellent Sound, Low Distortion, Powerful
Summary: If you teach piano / voice or just like to record wonderful stereo sound - you want this recorder! It is very flexible and can use up to 8gig SD cards. I would highly recommend this portable recorder by Roland.
