Summary: Worked fine for a while (used maybe 15 times), although the connector is pretty lame -- doesn't firmly snap in. Then, it damaged one SD card until my camera thought it didn't have a card inserted, and somehow it corrupted another, so that a few hundred photos weren't there any more. If it just stopped working, I'd say WTF, it was cheap junk. Damaging my SD cards -- not worth the risk.
Summary: I use several different cameras and video recorders using a verity of SD and even and old Yashica using a MMC. You can never thave too many readers and this one covers from newest Panasonic professional to the old Yashica and the price is right.
Horrible quality and customer "support" that is just as bad.

Summary: The product itself worked well for a short time but then just randomly stopped acknowledging any SD cards. It stopped while I had the reader idly plugged in to my computer! The reader just dismounted my SD card (which could be read using another card reader and the camera still) and never mounted a SD card ever again.
Summary: Card reader I received repeatedly connected and disconnected from the computer and would not stay connected for more than a few seconds, certainly not long enough to download photos. Tried multiple ports and the physical connection was secure, but something in the driver/electronics was not stable. Useless.
