Works as advertised.

  • Excerpt: I do small 2-3 person team projects and use it to transfer video and photo files from DSLR and Blackmagic video cameras. I used it when doing product photography for a few months. A lot of in-and-out traffic with the reader. It seemed to work. I'm happy with the reader.

  • Excerpt: I got my card reader next day after order online. Its a nice design and very easy to use. No setup required, just plug and play. Have spots for most type of memory cards. I would definitely recommend this one

  • Excerpt: I have aways been a fan of the SanDisk line of products. Specific to the Image mate, I have been through 3 other similar products and inevitably when using a CF card, one or two pins would eventually be bent due to NO guide for your card.

  • Excerpt: I bought this to use on my Mac Pro to load a CF card with software for a Netgate router. Just plugged it in and the card showed up on the desktop as a drive. Worked very well.

So far, so good

  • Excerpt: I bought this when I bought an EOS M3. My old Digital Rebel uses a CF card, while the new one uses SDXC. I had always connected the old camera to my Mac via a USB port on the back of one of my monitors, with the result being a fairly slow transfer.
