Understand what you are buying

Travis P., Newegg
12 February 2010
  • Summary: My full history with this product: Bought because I wanted to transfer pictures (jpg and RAW) quicker from DSLR's CF card. Worked as expected. After ~1 month it just died, RMA process went well and received a new product.
  • Pros: Price. Types of cards supported. Looks. Price (yes, twice)
  • Cons: As you should judge from the price, this isn't the highest quality product. Just be aware.

small, easy, functional

Anonymous, Newegg
27 November 2009
  • Summary: Cord it comes with is a little short but it takes a standard miniUSB style cord which you can get anywhere fairly cheap.
  • Pros: Works 100% as advertised, no issues. Reads my cards at a decent speed without hesitation. Worked right when I plugged it in. Great little product.
  • Cons: Can be a little difficult to get the cards in some of the slots correctly but it's not much more than a minor annoyance

  • Summary: Complemented the build for my daughter which is all white.
  • Pros: Nice compact shape, color just right that brings that "Appleish" look to it.
  • Cons: None so far, haven't tested it yet! But product looks as advertised, looks like an Apple product.

Great Card Reader

Brian T., Newegg
28 October 2009
  • Summary: Would like to see a regular USB port on it but that is a very minor gripe.
  • Pros: Works Great. I have one for myself and I ordered one for a customer. The customer is using it for a Windows box and I'm using in on my Mac. No problems on either system.
  • Cons: None.
