Summary: It thumped for the first 2 days, but it can't handle bass that'll make ur girl give face if u know wat I'm saying. The magnet inside is small compared to a subwoofer that wuld actually last. I should've expected this from a cheap sub that u can find at Walmart. I just wanted to thump. So to all u future buyers, price really does determine quality.
Summary: I hooked one of these sub up to the 1300w boss amplifier also for sale on amazon, and boy does this thing kick hard. With the amp at 50% this sub hits the lows hard but also clean on the high bass. Buying the sub and amp for around 100$ total you literally cannot get a better bang for your buck. I would install this combo on every vehicle I ever own.
Summary: Good sub..... I have 8 of these running of two 2000watt hyfonics brutus amps. (4 on each amp)...in my 96 chevy tahoe ...and these subs have forced me to get two new paint jobs.three rear windows and a new fuel pump...
Summary: I was on a budget and wanted some bass to go with this brand new deck I got for my birthday. I really can't find any room to complain about this sub. It bumps clean without getting too muddy and it seems like it could take on a lot of power. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because I'm not sure of the life-span. But for right now, this is highly recommended.
Summary: Don't let the price fool you. These subs are EPIC. I got 2 of these on a vented box and hooked up to a boss 1100m ( it is under powered, i know). They are running on 60% power still they pack a huge punch. If i had an amp that can pust around 600w rms or more @2ohm, it would have been even louder. So if you are thinking avout buying these subs, go for it. Not to mention they are pioneer.
Very impressed. Make sure your settings are correct before you bash on this sub.

Summary: For the person who wants to add a little thump to their car: Some of us don't want mirror-rattling bass. Some of us just want some hard thuds on our back when we listen to our music. Let me tell you, I've done EXTENSIVE research. I began as a clueless beginner, and studied voltages, efficiency ratings, how RMS and peaks work, etc. Everyone told me this sub (250W) RMS wasn't enough. For the person who wants to add a little thump to their car, AND some kickin'!
