Summary: Supposedly this should have fit in the center console of a 2005 Jeep Wrangler, provided drilling new holes. Turns out the speaker is too deep for the inside of the console and would require heavy modification to it. Further insult to injury, Amazon doesn't allow the return of speakers they are deemed "Hazardous Materials.
Summary: i didnt connect it through just with my soundstream headunit, it sounds better then standard car speakers but one problem was it wouldnt fit in the speaker doors so i had to do little modification and it was all good. as i said for this price its a good product.
Summary: I Got this Subwoofer to replace an older Subwoofer I had for 4 years I can tell you theres a big difference in the two the older Sub was way louder and had a lot tighter bass but this model its not even noticable my other speakers drown it out I guess i'm going to have get a higher quality sub next time thought this was gonna be a cheap quick fix but nope
Summary: Don't bother buying this sub woofer unless it's all you can afford. I used this to replace a JBL sub in a 1994 ford explorer which lasted 17 years. This one lasted 6 months. It was hooked up to an Alpine head unit with a Punch 100 watt amp powering the sub. I was never satisfied with the sound of this unit but now after it has blown without being abused, I should have bought a better speaker. It's the old saying, you get what you pay for.
Summary: I bought a pair of these, less then a month ago. The one side, has Already blown out. These speakers are rated at 600 watt's, I'm using a 300 watt amp....like I said, the one Didn't last a month. Bottom Line..
