Summary: everything you need plus more. its small compact size is deceiving, you wouldn't expect it to sound so nice but with every day of use the sound quality just gets better. i am not a serious sound head, but i do like crisp, bass heavy sound and thats what you get out of the Lanzar VCTBS8. Built quality is excellent. it's really perfect and you don't have to waste half of your trunk with sub that won't sound as good as this one.
Summary: Fit perfectly under the seat in the Subaru outback and added just the right amount of bass to the car, it's not to heavy with pretty easy installation, the subwoofer bass level can be adjusted up or down with the remote extension without having to get back under your seat which helps a lot since its tucked in to where I can't get to it, the bass quality is really good for its size, it won't blow anyone away like a 1600 watt system, but it will add some really nice bass...
Summary: i got one of these and hooked it up in my jeep, it played for a total of about 5 minutes and quit so after about an hour of rewirining and checking couldnt find the problem so contacted company and shipped it back to get another one. package arrived about a week or two later and hooked this on up it played for about a week then the same thing happened. screw it tired of it.
Summary: Overall, I feel this is a quality product. I bought one for my wife's Civic, and now I'm going to order a second one for my Impreza. I am running the sub off of a Pioneer FH-X700BT and the sound quality is incredible.
Pros: This unit has exceptional sound quality. Doesn't take trunk space. Mounts under the driver seat in a 2001-2005 Civic.
Cons: Deep bass, but doesn't rattle the windows like a traditional amp with normal subs. Don't be fooled, this unit claims to be 600W. I have a 100W RMS powered sub in my house that has much deeper, and cleaner bass. I would estimate that this unit is about 70w-90w TOPS. However, the sound quality is still good, as long as you are expecting a sub of no more than 100W RMS.
