Summary: The JL audio 10" sub is the best in its class!! This sub is replacing an MTX sub.I have this sub in a closed box.The bass is very defined and very tight. You can feel every note!! Handles all the power i can throw at it.I highly recommend JL audio sub.
Summary: I bought this subwoofer to replace my JL Audio 10w3v2-4 and I couldn't be happier. This is a great quality subwoofer and the improvement in sound quality was instantly noticeable. You usually can't go wrong with JL Audio products and this subwoofer is no exception.
Summary: got this to fit an a very small enclosure in a 2 door jeep without sacrificing space. It even sounds great with the top off the jeep which is sometimes hard to do. this is my second one cause might have overdriven the first one but it was worth it.
Good sounding subwoofer, can be loud as well. Nice balace between SQ,SPL.

Summary: Love `em. These subs sound really good, and hit hard. They can get loud as well. Very versatile subwoofer. Might be a little bit more money than some cheap competitiors, but you definitely get your extra moneys worth here. I would highly recommend these subs, I wouldn't go below the W3 level sub though unless you just want to be heard coming down the street. Hope this helps.
The best 10" subwoofers I have ever heard without a doubt!

Summary: I will try to make a long story short. I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado Ext cab truck with very limited space for subs. I purchased a "under-the-seat" enclosure from a seller on e bay for two 10" subs. I looked all over the internet from the very best 10's according to people's feedback and reviews. The JL Audio 10W3V3-4's kept popping up. The mounting depth is the main limiting factor in the under the seat enclosures for the 2007 and up Chevy trucks.
Summary: As I am writing this review these subs are currently out of stock... because these things ROCK! Yeah they cost a little more but these subs deliver. Great sound quality at moderate volume levels, and when producing heart pounding BASS. I had a pair of 10w3v2 for about 8 years and recently the foam surrounds seperated. I replaced with another high quality brand sub, but was dissappointed. No worries, Crutchfield is awesome. Got the newer 10w3v3 s and no regrets.
Pros: Build Quality, Sound Quality and Volume QUANTITY
Cons: Uh... Lets see. How about the...? Well there is the... Um. Ok . Wait, I know it's the... Hmm.
