This sub sounds amazing and punches in the chest like much larger subs do!!

Summary: Im in love with this subwoofer!!! Ive tried using a single image dynamics ctx104 10", a single sundown audio sa12-d4 12", a single kicker comp 15", and then this single 8" sub. Of all the different subs, this one sounds the best by far. it doesn't hit as hard as the larger subs but in a fairly small (.7 cubic ft)ported box @ 30Hz, this sub hits just as hard as the 10" and slightly less than the 12".

Conclusion: Actually ordered 2 of these and placed them in .35cu ft sealed each and fed the 400 watts at 2 ohm final load. These little things are impressive. Good low end, play tight and musical. Definitely worth the money.
Conclusion: This is a great speaker, I have them in all my vehicles and for the cost of the speakers, you can't beat the sound, really deep bass without the boom, and the clarity is so good, very good speaker.
Summary: Definitely a quality product for little cash.
Pros: Sound quality.
Cons: If installing in a Suburban with FACTORY 8in sub. You Must use longer screws. Was told it would fit in factory hole no problem. The magnet on subwoofer is much larger than factory therefore pushing it out further. When installing quarter kick panel back over sub be careful not to damage sub as it will be in the way now. Recommmend a bud to help.
Conclusion: I run 2 of these in a .6 cubic foot vented box, and all I can say is perfect. The highs are unbelievable for subwoofers, and the lows aren't too shabby either. Still shakes the car at 30hz frequencies in the vented box. I love these little things.
Conclusion: Never have blown a woofer before, purchased two of these for a custom enclosure for my Corvette, had read the reviews, product looked great. Showed up at my installer's shop and he looked at me strange and said "nice woofers for the money, but they won't last". I figured he was being a smart ass so we went along with the install. Have an Arc Audio mini 500 powering them, 10 minutes into playing them at 1/4 volume they locked up, shorted out and blew the fuses on the amp.
