Summary: I bought two of these and blew one instantly. It was my fault. Too eager to put power to it. But 35 bucks and its replaced. Easy and cheap fix. And they sound great. Honestly thinking about buying a couple more and building a wall of them... But if youre thinking of buying these i would say do it. If you can afford better ones then go with that but if you dont have money to spend then these will do it.
Summary: I have had these subs for well over a year, and I can honestly say that I do not regret buying these one bit. These are extremely high quality for the price. My friend has a set of Kicker L5's (10") in a ported box, and though my Hifonics HFi's are in a prefabricated sealed box, I am almost as loud as he is. Hifonics is not an extremely well known brand, but based on my looking around, they make the same quality products as brands like MTX, but don't overcharge you.
