Summary: Overly complex and completely counter-intuitive. It is the most complex car radio I have experienced in 40 years of driving. There's three buttons on the left that each have multiple functions, including one that either turns the power on and off or switches the "mode", as the case may be.
Don't buy this for Bluetooth Hands Free feature alone
26 September 2013
Summary: Music sounds great. Pandora, iPod, CD etc.. works great too. However, very disappointment with the Bluetooth hands free phone calling feature. Callers have hard time hearing me and too much background noise.
Summary: I bought this unit and had it installed in May 2012. The main reasons why I bought it was the Blue Tooth phone calls and that I was convinced by the salesman that Kenwood was much better than any other stereo manufacturer. After it was installed things went great.
Summary: I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. The features are awesome and it is easy to navigate between sources and to adjust settings. I have been turning a knob for years so I thought it would take longer to get accustomed to this but it was simple.
Summary: In order for this head unit to fit into my 06 Elantra properly i needed a few other things. Metra's Dash Kit (Model: 99-7313) and Metra's Wire harness (Model: 70-7301) I am very impressed with this head unit. The first thing i did was read the manual all the way through.
Summary: After researching I found that this radio was exactly what we needed for wives truck. Mostly for the ipod. It also charges ipod. 3 amp outputs are great. Used them all for front, rear, and sub...... saved major money buying online .....
