  • Summary: Had similar issues to Mr C Peerless. Unit would power off particularly when accelerating or going over bumps. Checked loom and all connects - no obvious issues with loom - took unit out of dash - drove with unit on seat, issue continued with unit switching itself on and off.

Nice features but slow

19 February 2014
  • Summary: Nice features and reasonable price but let down by what I can only assume is an under powered micro processor. Navigating the MP3 menus is very slow and tiresome. Going up and down through folders is very "laggy" and not good when you are driving.

  • Summary: Cannot fault this product as it does everything its supposed to and more, it has so many configurable items that when it was first installed I was messing around with all the parameters so much that I had to use the reset/pinhole button to reset the unit back to its factory defaults.

Good stereo while it lasted.

  • Summary: Bought this stereo as it had the iPod receiver and Bluetooth, however after just 2 months of having it in my car it stopped working. No sound came from any speakers. Going through the manual I couldn't find the problem. Once I'd googled it, I found this is a common fault with this stereo.

  • Summary: Quickly delivered and just as described. The screen is less basic than it looks in the photo with dynamic graphic effects and multicolour illumination that is customisable for both the display and the controls.

  • Summary: I purchased this with the main intention of using an SD card to store all my music simply and without the extra cost of purchasing an ipod. I liked the idea of popping the card in the slot and leaving it there, no fuss.
