Summary: Faceplate removal button is 1/4 inch from the power button. (zoom in on the unit) Therefore numerous opportunities to remove the faceplate while power is on if you hit the faceplate removal button in error while attempting to turn off.

Summary: cheap, functional, sound with zero enhanced features. Decent quality sound but display might fail in a few months like mine. Good thing they're so cheap that I could easily buy a 2nd unit just for the face plate which has lasted 14mo so far.
Summary: I have own4 of these.. They sound great !! FM Tuner Section is good.. AM tuner section is Terrible !! Reliability is awful !! Until Dual can fix this reliability problem I will not be buying any more of these at any price.. The Problem is Reliability !! As I have said.. I purchased 4 of these..
Summary: Great head unit for the price!! It does feel somewhat cheap compared to other $100 and up units but can't beat it for the price. Installed in my 2001 dodge dakota in about 15 minutes. Has great sound quality and actually has some push for a small cheap unit.
Summary: What can I say about this reciever that other people haven't already said about it. But what really shocked me is that the performance of this product byfar exceeded my expectations. Of course, you know what they say, "you pay for what you get," is true and that for a $40 receiver.
A great value for a no-frills receiver/MP3 player.

Summary: No moving parts so very little to malfunction and/or wear out and the sound is stellar. Even though the volume knob is large enough to adjust comfortably my suggestion is to NORMALIZE the MP3s on your Flash drive so you don't have to constantly adjust the volume. I personally use MP4Gain.
