Summary: This was in my car when I got it. It's OK. GOOD: it sounds good, controls are easy not some complicated convoluted system. Mute button BAD: for some reason it will randomly have a disc read error which would be fine. But when it does it will hold your disc drive hostage for ????

Summary: i bought this off my brother 5 years ago this unit sends plenty of power threw the rca' s i watched my brother in law fry my brothers infinity amp then 1 year later i fried my oldschool rockfordfosgate amp when i switched cds from a burned or ripped cd to a real cd and i forgot to turn down the...
Summary: Very nice Alpine cd player. Typical A+++ buttons/ergonomics and easiness of use! The only thing is it does not charge your ipod or iphone player while its connected. The radio is great. I give the sound equalizer adjustments a B, I wish it had a little more detail and fine tuning in that department.
Summary: The lack of integration of newer ipods is a letdown. Also without an amplifier, the stereo won't give enough power to good speakers, making it sound good, but not fantastic. The unit itself is really easy to use, and the sound quality is pretty good.
Summary: I love that since recieveing the unit i have been able to attach all my equipment into one unit. I have a sirius radio, an ipod and two amps running lines off the unit and the compact space allowed me to hide all wires and power boxes. the unit allows easy access to sound specs and responds great.
Summary: We purchased this receiver as a Christmas present for our daughter - her car stereo had a tape player but no CD player (let alone an iPod adapter). She wanted an upgrade. Since we had it installed, I have been very impressed.
