Summary: I have used Rockford Fosgate Punch series equipment years ago. These were for a 2000 Mazda Protégé rear deck run off of a Pioneer head unit. These speakers provide crisp clear high tones along with some serious car vibrating bass without an amp. Now to replace the rear and front door speakers with Punch series for a total explosive audio experience.
Summary: i lover these speakers,,, so powerfull and perfect sounding.. i bought these for my toyota corolla 05.. they didnt fit perfectly to those holes but i had to do another drill and they got fit nicely...
Conclusion: I put these in a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, replacing the factory speakers, and of course they sound much better. Mounting was relatively straightforward, although I had to put together my own wiring since neither wiring nor connectors were included. I left the factory mid/tweets in the dash, and combined, the highs and mids are much clearer, although, honestly, compared to stock, the bass isn't quite as loud, even though it is cleaner, and not as boomy.
Conclusion: i would recomend this but if you get them make sure you can power them, i like my music loud and they can handle it at least for the first few weeks but they started to distort alot and you can tell right away that they need the power that they say they do.
