  • Summary: These are great speakers for the money! Tweeters come with much better mounting and hardware than more expensive Infinity's I had in the past. I am very happy with the sound as well!
  • Pros: Cost, sound and mounting

  • Summary: Great sounding speakers. Would have given a 5 but the mounts with the kit would not work in my 2002 Chevy 2500. Would buy again in an instant. The tweeters you can make a hole behind the grill and the mounts that way work great.

great value

  • Summary: Could you find better speakers? Sure. But these sound great and they are very reasonably priced. I had to replace the factory speakers because they were all blown when I got the vehicle so I dont have a basis for comparison. But these do exactly what I need and I didnt have to drop $250+ in another component set. And maybe eventually I will get an amplifier or aftermarket reciever and im sure that would make a huge difference.
  • Pros: Price, seem high quality
  • Cons: none so far!

Good quality product

Jeff M, Crutchfield

  • Summary: I purchased these speakers along with the Q-logic kick panel mounts. Great product comes with tweeters, inline crossovers, and the woofers. I appreciate that it comes with almost everything needed for installation minus speaker wire. I prefer this system over a pair of 2 way or 3 way speakers, because it comes with an easy to install crossover which allows me to separate my highs and lows.
  • Pros: Quality product Easy to install
  • Cons: Speaker grills can fall off easily. No way to snap them into place.

  • Summary: very good value. sep. components can really get expensive. these destroy the factory 6 1/2 with sepp. tweeters in my car but did not cost an arm and a leg.
  • Pros: good clean sound
  • Cons: do not think these are subs.

Great Sounding Component Speakers

L Stuckehy, Crutchfield
29 May 2013
  • Summary: It took me some time before I was able to find time to install these, but I must say I'm pleased with the sound they produce; much better than the factory speakers.
  • Pros: Ease of installation of the speakers
  • Cons: Lack of installation info on the tweeters. For anyone else attempting to install the speakers and tweeters into the door of a 2001 Chevy Silverado, there is plenty of room for the tweeters you just have to have a small amount of mechanical savvy to do so, as the installation instructions that Kenwood provides lacks a bit.

  • Summary: These things are loud! If you're on a budget and want a good pair of components for your car, these are it.
  • Pros: Works, great, easy to install crossover, and affordable.
  • Cons: Almost no cons except they're not as loud as my previous JL components, so I can't give em a 5 star.
