Summary: I had it installed and used the GPS this week end and its the best gps I have ever used it uses the shortest rout I found roads I did not even know where there it the best it was only off 1 minut on a 4 hr trip that's perfect to me and it even found 4 wheel drive roads that's cool 4 wheeling on the...
Summary: The screen isn't colorful or very interactive like I thought it would be. It is not Satelite radio ready like the ad says. I already had a subscription to XMradio before but when I got my Sony there is no option on the radio to connect to XM radio.
Summary: Great product. Packaging was secure and safe. Received the product quickly. Despite the reviews about this units navigation, I think it's wonderful. It's detailed, informative and this bad boy has enough settings on it to literally make it just how you want it. Great buy. Functions well.
Summary: I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. It arrived super quick after I placed the order and I was extremely happy with the service from amazon and the seller. The deck is pretty awesome - great quality and the picture is HD.
Summary: I purchased this unit over a year and a half ago. Since I spend a lot of time driving, it goes without saying that I spend a lot of time with this unit. Aesthetics: The physical design of this unit is pretty good.
Summary: Most of the reviews have said it all. This unit is very overpriced and crippled by lack of support. I've had issues with an unresponsive touchscreen (appears to be random). Switching radio stations takes several presses of menu buttons which is ridiculous!
Summary: I had the unit for 1 yr. Every thing works well except for GPS. It works for about 1 month and stopped working. Locked up with error says: waiting for valid GPS signal. I try to reset the Tomtom many times but did not help.
Summary: I won't bother repeating what others have already said in all of their reviews. I will say this is a very complex system that's not a drop in, plug and play system and before you decide to invest in it do yourself a favor and spend some time researching all of your options.
Summary: As many of the previous users mentioned, the GPS is nearly worthless. The GPS spent most of its time picking up a "valid GPS signal." When I really need directions to get to places, it is very frustrating that the GPS is asleep and never seems to wake up unless it's in the mood!
Summary: You would think that a Sony 7" touch screen married to a TomTom GPS would be great. And at times it is. However, it's more like the frankenchild. What you really wind up with is the worst of both companies. Sure it has great sound and TomTom is good when it works.
