Sound quality is FREAKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOD My RX330 stock amplifier is booming like a bomb

Summary: Pros, Sound quality is FREAKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOD My RX330 stock amplifier is booming like a bomb!! You MUST turn on the LOUDNESS mode ('low' is good enough for me) Cons, As others said, too many restrictive rules... To remove those restricted rules, simply do a cable bypass according to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKOoZTZ1HT4 I have tested and it WORKS!!!!
Summary: So after reviewing this system both on the pioneer site itself and other reviews posted here I decided to give this head unit a shot. So far I'm impressed at the functionality of the system. Installed it myself due to prior experience of having someone else do it and not connecting it right to get the full experience of the system. This unit replaced an x930bt that was stolen while my car was in the shop.
Summary: The thing I hate about the gps is that you have to use the EXACT address. Nothing like using google on your phone. For example, if you want to go to 777 E. Walker ave, Long Beach, Ca 90XXX. You must use the east or west before the street name. While that isn't much of an issue you also must specify whether it's a street, Avenue, lane, place, etc. It will ask you if you want Walker st, Walker Ave, Walker pl whether or not if the street actually exist.
Summary: Let me start by saying i bought this open box from amazon warehouse it was a little beat to start out with. But i cleaned it up and installed it and did the bypass. So now that it is in my car i have to say everything works great the GPS the radio the dvd it all works. Now i did have a bit of trouble with the gps at first but i found that putting it dead center on the dash as close to the wind shield as I can and driving around for like 10 min fixed it must be a...
Summary: I purchased this unit to replace one of another brand which had died after years of excellent service. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the unit I had been using was no longer making in dash GPS units so I did some shopping and decided on the new Pioneer AVICX950BH. After using if for the past few months, I am extremely disappointed in the Pioneer unit and would never recommend it to anyone looking for an integrated in-dash system.
Quite an exciting piece of technology and entertainment !

Summary: This is a complex piece of technology with so many functions. Let me comment of each one of them: GPS : works very well despite all the complaints I read from Amazon reviews. I have no complaint. Comparing with my old Garmin, this one is better in many ways: no repeating phrase "recalculating". The voice guidance is "on top" of the stereo music, but it doesn't bother me at all. The unit come with maps, so there is not need to spend money for map updates !
Summary: after switching my 2008 rav4 stock stereo, I felt this came short on satisfaction. i miss the easy/big knobs on the stock radio. the touch screen is great but it is not like a smart phone touchscreen. the video sync with an android phone is sketchy and has limited apps.
Summary: Owning an 850Bt and being general satisfied with it, I decided to upgrade to the 950BH in a new vehicle. Big mistake. Put simply the App Radio is horrible, it offers no functionality and takes away simple functions on the less expensive unit. You must purchase an expensive set of cables to connect your Android device (I did not price the iphone cable, but assume they are pricey as well.) For this you lose the ability to wireless stream Pandora and gain...nothing.
Summary: Bought this Navigation Radio and got it installed for at a local stereo installation shop and worked for about 5 days. Error code now pops up on startup and it is a internal issue with the unit. Called Pioneer and they said that Amazon is not an authorized seller so it is not their responisbility to fix it. Called Amazon and they will give me a refund with a 50 percent restock fee.
