Summary: Very nice radio...has a ton of features. First it's got front and rear pre-amp outputs and a sub output too. THe display colors can be customized to whatever color suits you, you can do key side and dsplay side either same color or two different colors. Or you can set it to scan and it will rotate through all the colors. The controls take a little getting used to, but once you've figured it out it's a brezze.
Summary: My factory radio was fine until, the CD player stopped working. I looked at a lot of Car Stereo's, but this one caught my eye. It had an HD Receiver build in, in the Detroit area, the Smooth Jazz Channel is on HD only. The Stereo has great sound I love it, the only thing is getting the HD to come in. I'm working on that.
Summary: I bought this stereo to replace my old pioneer (not too old) that just quit working. I was pleasantly surprised to see this system to be a Pioneer and it wasn't too expensive. I LOVE the options for colors (changing LEDs) and the ability to just plug in my thumb drive to get the music (which means I don't always have to lug around my iPod). The option to use Mixtrack is cool too.
Summary: Everything I expected from a Pioneer product. Great sound and features. But the user's guide is not user friendly. There are so many features to cover, perhaps that is reason. Also, the two sided flip dial that surrounds the volume button is more difficult to use (more force is needed to flip back and forth) than in the store models I looked at. Perhaps the unit was knocked around during shipping and caused this.
Summary: Great little stereo for the price. Installed it in my Polaris ranger and up until it rained it was performing outstanding! Tuner was getting better reception than the stock stereo in my pickup. The features this thing has and all the little whizzbang settings you can adjust are way more than I will ever take the time to go through but I'm a cranky old metal head now. I just want a good radio & this more than fit the bill. Get one & you will not be disappointed!
