Summary: I bought the receiver used for cheep hd radio works great but plugged in my satellite connection pushed sat on front and can not get it to bring satellite up I guess I will have to buy a new unit so sat will work
Summary: One of the best things about this head unit is the built in High Definition/HD radio. You need to be fairly close to the station but the CD quality of digital radio reception is amazing. Nearly as big a leap as from am to fm. Also having old rock coming from a country station will make your friends go HUH? The digital signal it switches to can carry up to 3 streams. So a station broadcasting it can send different genres of music on the same dial setting.
Summary: I bought this to replace the factory stereo in my Isuzu I280. What a great stereo! It comes with a nice remote control, and has HD radio stock. I also use the USB port on the front of the unit with a Thumb Drive filled with music.
Summary: I purchased this radio because it had a USB input that could be used with my flash drive and my Ipod. I quickly realized that the sound quality was great even with sub standard speakers. I have never been sorry that I make the purchase.
Summary: This radio has some pretty cool features for the price. The USB port can be used to support Large Disks (I had a 500gb western digital hard drive connected) although the interface is a bit lacking for such large libraries, there is still a "scroll" through folders. To make this easy to use there needs to be a little forethought into the names of your folders and how the structure is made.
