Summary: I put this in my house in the remote Va. Mountains where radio reception is next to nothing ad we live in a aluminum siding house (A tin can) making reception difficult to say the least. Installed in an old Washburn 8" speaker cabinet with an LED 8 amp ac-dc converter from amazon (not cabinet) and a new 8" 2-ay speaker. All less than $100. Got my local radio guy to hook up the old DISH coax wiring and extend to an under-the-peak Winegard roof mount which he customized.
Summary: I was looking for one of these for a few years before I finally got my hands on one. It's a few years old but for it's age it has amazing sound quality and very nice options for adjusting different settings. It's never let me down at all for anything on any setup. I refuse to buy a more recent head unit as I love this one. Used through 3 cars and no problems at all.
