Summary: It's a good basic unit. The CD and MP3 work well. I bought 2 of them - one for each of my cars because I liked it so much. I don't need glass shattering sound but it pumps out plenty of quality sound as wanted. I'm putting one in my classic car (RoadMaster)and the remote is great!
Summary: Received this in good time. Overall, I like this CD player. It has a nice sound and I like the colors of the lights. I only gave this four stars though because I find the buttons rather small. While driving the car and not wanting to take my eyes of the road, it can be a little challenging to find the buttons to change the track on a CD, as they are rather small.
Summary: This Panasonic car stereo is a steal for the money. Nice sound and very easy to use. I made the mistake of buying a cheap off-brand stereo for my old car. It changed radio channels every time the car was near a traffic light or someone drove by. The worse part is the channel it always went to was a Christian one. I don't think my ears will ever recover. I paid less for this Panasonic and it is very much a superior product.
Summary: I wanted a no thrills car stereo able to play mp3 cd's and that's what I got. I am very happy with it. It was easy to install (did it myself in about 1 hour) It looks great on the dash and the remote control that comes with it is fairly useful. The aux input is also a great feature as I can plug any source that has a stereo jack and listen to music, or even dvd's through the cars system.
Summary: I bought this to replace another after market stereo system, so the installation process was very easy and I'm happy with the quality of this unit. It's a bit finnicky with my MP3/WMA disks, but otherwise, does a good job.
Summary: I had been contemplating the purchase of a new stereo until I found this unit. What I didn't want to do was spend money on extra bells and whistles I didn't need. The need for something simple, and great on sound was on my wish list; and this unit is everything the description said it would be and more. Installation was a snap. Be sure to get the mounting kit and wire harness. You won't regret it! You can google the removal of your dash beforehand to make things easier.
