Conclusion: Used this unit for a new install & the client really enjoys it. Equipped with usb & iPod connections & storage unit. Not recommended for someone that does not have the space for the separate breakout box.
Summary: Great stereo for a Marine environment has been installed in my pontoon boat for about a month now and my boat is never covered this thing keeps ticking and is really water proff as advertised. This stereo sounds good and is easy to function. Glad I picked this unit.

Summary: I love the sound, and do to my space limitations, I used 5 1/4 inch Polk speakers. The main reason for getting this unit was the ability to use a USB memory stick, 16 gig that's more than enough to hold my music. I didn't want a CD for salt water to get into the slot, and being installed on a boat, CDs and vibration don't mix. I have used it with my IPOD, and that works fine. I prefer just to use a memory stick and leave the expensive IPOD at home. Now the down side.
