Summary: This is an awesome stereo for the money! Basic display is fine with me, as are the reasonably intuitive controls. Strong preamp outputs. The bluetooth functions well, with occasional unexpected disconnects. You can stream bluetooth from your cell phone, input satellite or MP3 audio into auxillary jack, music files from USB, plus radio and CD! Not much more I could think of?
Recommend this radio, but test bluetooth features FIRST with your phone!!!!

Summary: This is an excellent receiver, but a couple of points to bear in mind. - The display is not as clear as the picture on the box (light leaks through the black areas of the screen). - The display is not responsive - quite blurry when changing menus. - Check that your bluetooth phone will connect before you buy.
Buy one. If you're not happy, you won't be happy with anything, period.

Summary: Needed a head unit with all 3 line outputs, which it has and works like it should. This one doesn't have HD radio, but has everything else and more, including stuff I haven't figured out how to use yet (bluetooth streaming) I can't say much about the head unit's speaker level outputs, I never even tried them, but it's the same MOSFET amp they've been using for years, which works well enough in small cars. Otherwise, this is the nicest looking Head unit I have seen.
Summary: I love Kenwood products. The one star is for DiscountJungle. Every Kenwood product I've purchased I've been very happy with, including the predecessor to this dec. Discount Jungle is not a Kenwood authorized dealer. You will have NO manufacturer's warranty if you purchase from them, and they will not help you beyond 30days. This is from personal experience. Buyer be ware.
Summary: After reading TC's comments it made both my radios better. I'm glad i was able to still find this one as the New Stereos are Really hard to find with the A2DP BT protocol for streaming Audio. i found that this Head unit has everything to offer. from BT HF/Audio, AUX input Front/Rear/Sub Outputs and full control, and more. one of the other main reasons i came back to this unit, for a second time, was the USB input was in the back not the front.
Summary: Pros: I had no problems with the initial install into my 03 Liberty. The blue tooth sync worked flawlessly with my HTC thunderbolt. Had to buy an adapter for the Antenna connection, though. Had no issues with the Mic or residual feedback and echo from the speakers. The unit has an anti-echo function but I haven't needed it. iPod hook up works great and I love that the USB connection is in the rear, allowing me to easily hide it in the glovebox.
Summary: Totally knarly, this radio will blow you away. And they try to tell us that we don't belong But that's alright, we're millions strong You are my people, you are my crowd This is our music, we love it loud
Summary: This radio unit was to replace a cassette deck in an older Jeep vehicle that I purchased over the winter. I have had Kenwood units in the past, but this one really has many of the techie features that I tend to go for. For instance; I run music from my phone, and I really like that I don't have to get tangled in a web of wires anymore. The external phone mic works so well that nobody can tell that I am driving.
