Conclusion: Previously I purchased a Pioneer DEH-150MP from amazon due to its low price point and I didn't feel like spending much on a new head unit. I quickly returned that unit after a day or two due to the fact that I wasn't satisfied with the power it put out and it's weak bass notes. This unit on the other hand, made me really happy I returned the Pioneer. As soon as I clicked it in and started playing some music I was extremely pleased that I spent the extra $20 on it.

Summary: I bought this radio 2 years ago because I needed an affordable radio. For the first year, I didn't have any problems with the radio and truly enjoyed what I experienced. Unfortunately, as of today, my radio goes into protective mode during the afternoon. The radio becomes very hot and locks up until it cools down (which is through the rest of the day until the next morning). Now I have to look for another affordable radio.

Conclusion: I bought my second Kenwood KDC-152 in-dash cd/mp3 etc. stereo. The entire transaction - including - packaging, international shipping, tracking and delivery were prompt and smooth. Highly professional execution. The bar has been set quite high by this company.
Conclusion: Works well most of the time. CDs tend to get extremely hot and may stop playing. Suggest name brand discs like verbatum etc. Soft static only when on radio, I've not been able to track down the issue yet.
Summary: A perfect fit. Replaced a 11 year old Kenwood, that would no longer return my CD. This newer model needed no wiring changes and fit mechanically with same hardware. Operationally improved and I can now drop the little cheat sheet I kept in the glove box for updating the time twice a year. Quite a few other, welcome changes provide simplified operation.
