Summary: Awesome Radio. The Garmin that is built in works great if you update the maps. DVD movies run good. Has nice ouputs for SUBs. I have had many DVD indash units over the years. this one is the best so far, but only after its been updated.
Summary: Ive owned a couple Kenwood units like this and even looked up info on it befor the purchase, many people said it was not user friendly and any actions were slow. They were right. But for the price and the positive features it was worth it to me. The sound quality is awesome, and it has every option that i was looking for. Except even though it has blutooth capeability you cannot play the music on your phone through the radio using blutooth.
I think it is great other than volume icon in middle of screen.

Summary: This double din head unit works great. The Ipod controls offer many features. Sounds great,Loud too. Garmin GPS works great. AM/FM tuner works great too. Videos on my Ipod classic even play on this unit with the right kenwood ipod cable, they do not with the Sony Unit(660BT) I have in my other truck. One thing I hate about this unit is the volume icon that pops up in the middle of the screen every time you adjust the volume. It blocks the middle of the screen, yuck!
Buy a refurb for under $500 and you will not be disappointed.

Summary: After referring to a car audio installer he suggested staying away from Kenwood GPS receivers. They had lots of issues. Being that this is a factory refurb and has been upgraded to the latest firmware I took a chance anyway because I really wanted to stay with the familiar Garmin GPS. This radio has not disappointed. It's loaded with features that can all be accessed via the touch screen.
Summary: Ive heard mixed reviews about this Unit, but My experience has been VERY GOOD, does everything it should, It is a Little slow, but not cumbersome. Simple operation, and all features and functions work as intended, Great sound, And Great Picture quality, top that off with the dependability of GARMIN NAV. A Bit Pricey... But.. i still Whole heartedly recommend this equipment.
