Summary: I replaced my stock 6 CD system in my 2004 F150 with this JVC Dbl Din Receiver. Immediately my speakers got a nice shot of power and the voices weren't secondary to the instruments. I also have a 10" Rockford Fosgated subwoofer in under the back seat. I listen to all types of music, but mostly jazz. This receiver made the difference that I was looking for. The controls are easy to work with.
Summary: Holy cow...what a deck. Great power. The BlueTooth option is the coolest. Tons of preset EQ levels and the ability to create your own. The only reason I gave it 4 Stars on Ease of Use is because there is so much cool stuff, it can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be.
Pros: BT, Pandora, EQ, Aux Port, USB, very cool display, and remote. Killer deck.
Summary: I installed the unit in my wife's 2005 Honda Odyssey. We were trying to decide whether to get a new van or spend some money sprucing up the old one, and the only thing the new vans have that we really wanted was iPhone integration. For a great price we brought the van into the current decade! I wish I had done this before our 1800 mile road trip last month.
Pros: Easy installation. Ease of use. Great features.
Summary: Got this unit today and installed it fairly quickly considering I've never installed a car stereo before. Wire harness and adapter worked well. Made a call to tech support with a question that was picked up and answered right away. If you read the manual you will familiarize yourself with the controls quickly. Bluetooth paired easily. Made a couple of test calls and each was clear. This unit replaced factory non J B L unit in 2004 Highlander.
Pros: Good sound even with stock speakers. Looks pretty cool.
Really good head unit, but uses old Bluetooth HFP 1.5

Summary: Really nice head unit - I was able to match the color seamlessly with my interior, and the sound is great. Installed easily, thanks to the provided installation kit and wiring harness. Packed with features.
Pros: Nice look, great sound, lots of features
Cons: Not compatible with my phone (Motorola Droid M). It's an odd phone, I know. Check compatibility, because the Bluetooth profile is old and there's not a firmware update for it.
Summary: I picked this up for $129.99 Crutchfield included mounting / wiring hardware / manual for free.. I never wired a stereo before, these guys made it very easy. Only 1 minor complaint: Seemed like a "Direct Drop In" but I had to shave the top/bottom of the facia in my 1999 Cougar for it to fit (used a dremel tool) ... Great improvement over my factory deck & Crutchfield saved me money & made it super easy to install. Wonderful support..
Pros: Love the Lighting Features.... front usb / aux port. Sounds way better then my factory OEM stereo. Excellent buy ;)
Cons: Not a "Direct Drop In" for a 1999 Cougar as listed. Had to shave the facia a top/bottom.. but not really a bad thing because it made the deck fit super snug ;)
Summary: This was a big installation project for me, a mom at home, but it works so wonderfully. Had to learn some things with controls; things my kids know instinctively. I am so happy with it! Really updates my 2007 car! Sounds and looks great. Wish I had done it sooner.
Pros: Bluetooth, Pandora. LEDs really update my dashboard! Sounds great.
