Question: JVC KD-AVX77 or JVC KW-AVX810???

I am interested in buying either this one or the JVC KD-AVX77 which seems to have a bigger screen. I own a 2002 Acura RSX, would either of these stereos fit? I currenlty have the factory installed Boss 6 cd changer with tape installed. If that helps. Thanks !
