Summary: having been in the car audio area for some time I must say. this is the best deck I have had yet. and that includes the alpines. has yet to skip with my bass. and never had a problem with the bluetooth.
Summary: Best deck I've ever bought and I've bought a lot in my day. Bluetooth works awesome and the features are amazing and easy to use. I'm used to spending a lot for a descent deck so I'm totally impressed a this price. I would recommend this to any audio junky.
Summary: Well, I must say, I'm surprised. For a long time, I have stayed away from "Junk Versus Cost" (aka JVC). That is, until they amalgamated with Kenwood. There's a name I've always trusted. I have had decks made by Clarion, Sony, Kenwood, and Pioneer, but this is by far my favourite. The options are endless, the power to the speakers is amazing (considering there is not a separate powered amp installed) and the Bluetooth, so I'm told, is crystal clear. Kudos to JVC!!!
Summary: While the KD-RT840BT boasts many flashy functions, for many people it comes down to two things...sound quality and user friendly or not. This unit has plenty of power to make my upgraded infinity speakers pound and also has a wide range of frequency adjustments with eq control and high and low frequency cutoff points. While I have enjoyed JVC units before, and this one is no exception when it comes to the sound quality...
