Summary: It has perfect BT integration, good sound, good colors The only thing, is that the microphone isn't that good. I have to raise my voice a lot to have a complete call The music plays perfect through BT and the cable connection I love this radio
Summary: Wow what a system for the price. I have front and rear USB so I extended a cable to put the flash drive in the glove box. The front USB handles my Bluetooth wart for using the cell phone theu the radio speakers. More than enough wats to push the speakers and sub-woofer. Installed in my 1992 Lincoln Towncar fit right in and the dash face plate cleans up the gaps. Nice case for face when removed, CD player hides away behind face.
Summary: It comes across as a full featured unit but the features don't perform as advertised. The bluetooth is constantly dropping my phone & other devices and the microphone doesn't do ANYTHING. There are only 3 sensitivity settings in the head unit and no one can hear you on any of them. That's because the phone is on the seat next to you because you this this is hands free but it isn't, the microphone is just for show and you still need to talk into the mic on the phone.
Summary: I put this unit in my 2005 chevy silverado. While the screen is small and difficult to read (I am old and my eyes aren't what they used to be) the sound is HUGE! And it has lots of settings to mess with the sound tone. You really don't need an equializer with this thing, the sound settings that are built into the programming give you enough power to manipulate the sound to your liking.
Summary: This radio can't be beat for the price, I liked it so much I purchased a second one for my other vehicle. Fast install, easy to use the Bluetooth feature is awesome. You just have to experiment with Mic placement, I tried several locations while a friend would listen to me speak. I finally settled on clipped to headliner by the windshield, it is feature packed and the dual USB is fantastic.
Summary: I have had this unit for about 4 months now and it has not given me any problems whatsoever. I love the color change, bluetooth, usb ipod compatibility options on it. Out of all of the car stereos that I have bought I never thought JVC would be the brand that would wow me. Every now and then when getting a call it breaks up a bit, but i believe it is cause of my phone signal and not the bluetooth or the mic.
Summary: I like this radio. It was easy to install, sounds better than the old radio. The usb port on the front is easy to use but looks funny unless you use the really small usb sticks. The blue tooth feature (why I bought this) is a little tricky, it will not reconnect if you get out of the truck and get in again, so I have to turn the radio off when I get out then back on when I get in. It relinks fine then. (I have to leave the truck on to deliver the heating oil).
